Don't waste your time. I've learned my lesson falling for the hype from this awful 'brand'. Lip liners came cleaved. Lipgloss was leaking and the concealer is equally inexpensive as a drug store no brand. The customer service is awful when trying to get a resolution so I've given upwards. Wasted my money giving it to some pathetic desperate reality star instead of sticking to my usual reputable make up brands.

Avoid at all costs
Starting time time Kylie customer. Pencils arrived cleaved so I sent a picture show of the broken pencils. Both of them were broken. Apparently I accept to send multiple pictures of boxes. Pencil box and packaging ( who keeps that) and so they tin get a code. I told them boxes were in no mode damaged hence no picture supplied. I have had no reply since. I won't let the matter become as I'm not paying for faulty products, and then i volition postal service updates

I don't understand how anyone could support a company that actively supports human being trafficking. The whole Kardashian/Jenner clan is linked to Lou M. Taylor who is the 1 who helped get Britney Spears in an abusive conservatorship for 13 years, forcing her to have medications she didn't need, humiliated her on a daily footing and stole hundreds of millions of dollars from her.
*All allegedly because I don't wanna get sued.

Long shipping
Don't guild from here direct - I didn't realise and it doesn't inform yous that the products have to be sent from Federal republic of germany, the shipping takes absolutely forever. Never supporting this visitor over again. Had enough with their horrible horrible customer service and I keep receiving products that are defective and don't work similar they should. Colors don't lucifer shade descriptions. Customer service doesn't get back to you and when they do they're non helpful. Kylie doesn't seem to intendance about her visitor anymore all she seems to care about is coin.

I have been waiting for my package for over a month. Advance payment of over 100 euros and non even the shadow of the packet. It is not even possible to trace the location and this should never happen from a company as important as yours.

Kylie Lip Kit in the shade Exposed
Bought a Kylie Lip Kit in the shade Exposed. Was so heady to finally have a lipstick/gloss that stayed on through the day. Nonetheless I was securely disappointed. Information technology was non as moisturising and didn't stay on long at all, non fifty-fifty through the offset 60 minutes or so. I take much cheaper brands that have lasted longer than this. Very disappointing and frustrating, definitely not worth the coin or the hype!

No Returns
Both myself and my girl ordered the same product as a Christmas gift for my niece. I contacted them to arrange a return/refund merely to find that there are no returns. When ordering, they don't brand you lot enlightened that returns aren't accustomed. I think this is outrageous and I'll never buy annihilation from here over again. The client service is non-existent, how can a visitor operate in this way and get away with it?

Kylie cosmetics new lipkits - disaster
Kylie cosmetics lipkits - before the relaunch - were all I used. I was extremely disappointed with the new formulas. I ordered way also many thinking they were as practiced as before, all will go in the bin. The formula is just drying on the lips, remains somehow uncomfortably tacky for a while before information technology dries upwardly your lips and afterward one week of use the lipliner does not stain anymore, you have to printing a lot to become something out of it. A complete and utter downgrade. Hundreds of Euros down the bleed.

I admittedly love Kylie Cosmetic. Everything has always arrive before it was suppose to. The quality is amazing. 10/ten recommend. I besides apply Kylie baby products on my premature twins and their skin is amazing.

Poor customer service
Ive purchased now ii orders on separate occasions from Kylie cosmetics that have never arrived. Customer service blows me off saying they won't refund or replace when asked to help me rail the order.
They also won't respond to my electronic mail in response to this.
This is not what I would expect from such a well known brand.
Honestly so disappointed, I feel like I've been stollen from. 😞

I recently purchased the entire Grinch collection from Kylie and I was very disappointed with the quality of the make upwards and the plastic cases for the blushes. The pallet colors are beautiful but have no pigment information technology'due south like eye shadows from the dollar tree. Very disappointed with the quality, I would call back her quality would exist top notch simply no. Never again would I buy Kylie cosmetic!
